Project Overall Objective
To promote Transparency and Accountability in Labor Migration Processes especially in Recruitment systems in Bangladesh to enhance access to justice of migrant workers and foster positive changes.
Specific Objective
- Sub-agents and their communities are equipped and oriented to promote migrants’ rights and avoid unsafe migration, trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation.
- Members of the Union and Upazila Level Committee for the Protection of Migrant Rights (CPMRs) are mobilized with the knowledge and tools to access and secure justice.
- Judges, lawyers, and DMCC members take action to safeguard the rights of women and girl migrant workers and improve their access to justice mechanisms.
